Annual Hike Proved to Be Extraordinary This Year

Friday marked an extraordinary day for Chelsea Academy. The day away from classes included hikes to White Oak Canyon, Old Rag and, a new tradition, Robertson Mountain. At the evening BBQ following the hike, there were high-spirited, nail-biter house competitions, from swimming to pyramids to the tug-of-war finale; the delicious cookout with at least ten succulent smoked pork shoulders; and a full circle of bonfires complete with Fourth-of July-worthy fireworks. It was a day worthy boasting about, a day that epitomized our Chelsea “can-do” spirit, hospitality, and sense of adventure. It’s little wonder that we were named Best Private School in Warren County.

Friday could never have happened without the extraordinary generosity and hard work of our faculty, staff, and parents. Thank you to all who helped make this day memorable.
