*2/13/17 Congratulations to the Chelsea Swim Team top 8 finishers at the DAC Championship! The boys took 6th place in the medley relay and 7th place in the free relay. Congratulations to Janey Olohan for a superb performance in the 500 Yard Freestyle by placing 3rd to receive a bronze medal. Well done, Team Chelsea!

*The Volleyball team came out Big League last night!! Congratulations on the first ever State playoff win! We will be with you in spirit, and you will be able to hear us cheering all the way in Chesapeake. Dismissal time for the Volleyball team will be 10:55. The fan bus will leave at 12:30. If you have a parent note to ride the fan bus see Mrs. Mueller to sign up. Everyone else will be cheering hard here in Front Royal. (11/9/16)
*Varsity Basketball practices will begin today (11/7/16). The girls’ basketball team (no volleyball or cross country) will practice 3:15-4:30 at Rivendell, and all boys interested in trying out for the Varsity Basketball team will practice 5:30-6:30 at VIA. There will be a study hall made available after school in Mr. Shedd’s room.

*Congratulations to our Girls’ Varsity Volleyball Team on winning the DAC Conference Tournament, and to Hannah Lee for being named Conference Player of the Year! The Volleyball team continues its season with the first round of the VISAA DIII playoffs tomorrow, Nov. 8, 5:30 p.m.,at VIA against New Covenant School. As directed by the state, we will need to charge an entry fee for the event ($5 per individual, $20 per family – defined as two parents and children). We will need volunteers to help run this event. If you are interested, please contact Mr. Shedd. All fans are encouraged to come out and support the team!
