Hors D’oeuvres: Pan Seared Sesame Seed encrusted Ahi Tuna with Wasabi Aoili, Bacon Wrapped Sea Scallops with Mango Salsa, Duck Confit Crostini with Pomegranate Chutney, Fruit Medley, Fine Cheeses, Meats and Local Sweet Nut Charcuterie

Farmers Salad: Micro Greens with Golden Beet, Heirloom Tomato, Cucumber, Feta and Sunflower Seeds topped with House-Made Italian Dressing

Entree: Beef Tenderloin with Balsamic Reduction and Bleu Cheese, Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with Lemon Aioli, Sweet Potato and Roasted Red Pepper Tarragon Hash, Haricots Verts with Honey Salt

From our 2018 Gala Chairs: Steve and Wendy Lee

Wendy and I are chairing this year’s gala so that other families can benefit from the Chelsea education our children have had. With four Chelsea alum (two college grads and two in college), two current Chelsea students, and one rising Chelsea 4th grader in 2019 we’re excited about what Chelsea’s second decade will bring!
