Chelsea Graduate Conquers Antarctica

In October, Peter Lee, class of 2013, became the first Chelsea alumnus to reach Antarctica. Upon graduating from Virginia Tech, Peter joined the Royal New Zealand Air Force (RNZAF) as an officer and mechanical engineer. He traveled to Antarctica to oversee maintenance checks on RNZAF aircraft. He claims to have seen a few penguins and seals from the air. While it was only a quick stop, he made his mark, leaving a few boot prints in the snow.
